Happy Friday!
The holiday shopping crunch is on! In my house, stocking stuffers are a big deal so for this week’s Fit Five Friday I’m sharing a few stocking stuffer ideas for the runners in your life. This post includes affiliate links.
Heat Holders — Heat Holders offer socks, hats, and gloves made with an advanced insulating yarn designed to trap your body warmth and keep it close to your body. Every winter is a challenge for me dealing with Renaud’s syndrome so I’m all about gear that will help to lessen the effects of winter.
Noxgear — I’ve been a big fan of Noxgear vests for years. The Tracer Lamp is a great addition to the Noxgear line-up. The lamp is a 500-lumen rechargeable light that securely attaches to the buckle of any Tracer vest to help light your path and improve your visibility.
Road ID – This is a must for any runner, walker, and cyclist. There are so many options in colors and designs.
Knockaround Sunglasses — Polarized lenses, durable, lightweight, and in a range of fun designs, Knockaround sunglasses are a great addition to your favorite runner’s gear. I’m personally a fan of the Paso Robles model.
Sukeen Cooling Towels — Once activated these towels will stay cool for up to 3 hours – perfect for those hot summer runs or after any intense workout. Just soak it in water, wring it out, snap it and go!

I’ve never heard of those gloves, but I am going to check them out! Are they water resistant too?
I’ve always been a Goodr fan but at Run Happy Camp last summer, we got a pair of Knockarounds and I liked them a lot too! It’s great to have options
The Oslo gloves aren’t water resistant, but I do know that Heat Holders makes a resistant glove that I want to try (especially for skiing).
I tested a pair of Knockarounds for a BibRave campaign a couple of years ago and have been a fan ever since. I’ve never tried Goodr but they look like they’ve got some fun styles too!
The gloves are new to me. Have to check them out. I love Goodrs but should also check your recommendation.
Folks who wear Goodrs seem to really love them – I need to give them a try.
Stocking stuffers are the best! Those towels are super cute! And of course, who doesn’t love a RoadID
RoadID has so many great colors and patterns – I need to get a couple more myself!
WHAT. Cooling towels???? I must have them ASAP. The went straight on my Christmas list, THANK YOU!
You’re welcome! I hope they provide some relief from that Florida heat!
ooh I need to get that chest lamp for my tracer. Not that I’m running much in the dark, but it gets dark on the run.
Fun to think about gloves and cooling towels together.
I wish RoadID fit my apple watch band better. I keep losing them
I usually carry knuckle lights, but I like the idea of the lamp so I can keep my hands completely free.
Does your RoadID clip to your watch band? I wear the standalone wristband because I can’t get it to stay clipped to my Garmin band either.
