Yes. These are all great reasons.
Except I don’t feel a sense f accomplishment. And I workout alone. I need to challenge myself more and find some gym friends (as I do with running.)
Yes, I love it- “it puts me on my to-do list.” It’s so easy to spend the whole day taking care of other people (especially when you have kids!) and it feels good to say, nope- this time is set aside for me.
