In honor of Valentine’s Day when all thoughts turn to love (or something to that effect), I’m sharing 5 fitness-related products I’m loving right now. (This post contains affiliate links).
Lush Pullover from Ink & Burn – I’m such a fan of Ink & Burn and I cannot say enough about this top! It has a beautiful floral design, a brushed interior for extra warmth without the bulk, and thumbholes! Perfection!
OCOPPA Rechargeable Handwarmers – As someone who suffers from Raynaud’s, my biggest challenge for winter runs is keeping my hands warm. I’ve used disposable hand warmers in the past, but the one and done approach can get pricey and isn’t doing much for the environment. This rechargeable handwarmer offers 3 heat settings and fits nicely in the palm of my hand.
Legiral Massage Gun — I think every runner should have a massage gun in their recovery toolbox. I love this one because it offers multiple speed settings (20) and different attachments (6). It does the job and is reasonably priced compared to some other models I considered.
And, speaking of the recovery toolbox, the Rollga Foam Roller is another item I’m making good use of these days. Now seriously, does anyone really love foam rolling?! I do like the contoured design of the Rollga – it helps to get to those important spots without mashing bones and tendons. And, since it’s less painful than a traditional foam roller, I find I’m more inclined to use it.
Sharing 5 fitness-related products I'm loving right now! #FitFiveFriday Share on XAfterShokz Air Headphones — I’ve been running with AfterShokz for 5 years. The Air model is a nice upgrade from my original Trezk Titanium – especially the lighter, more flexible wrap-around design. I love that AfterShokz has an open ear design so you can stay aware of your surroundings while enjoying excellent music quality.

I have that foam roller too and I love it, especially for my back! These all look great. I have the basic Aftershokz which have been great so I bet the air model is even better!
Isn’t it amazing how much of a difference that Rollga design makes?!
I actually do enjoy foam rolling, LOL! The top is super cute, too.
I’ve been eyeing an infrared massage tool lately . . .
Infrared massage? Sounds interesting.
Rechargeable hand warmers????? Wow, I didn’t know such a thing existed…those could be game changer for me 😉 I’ve never used the disposable ones, mainly because I don’t like the waste aspect of them.
I only recently discovered these warmers – can’t believe I had never heard of such a thing either!
I’m loving that Lush pullover too! And the rechargeable hand warmer–I put it on my holiday gift list but I never got it. Still using the throwaways…
I know how much you love InknBurn too – all of their stuff is so great!
I am all about the Rollga and my theragun lately as well. I have not seen the rechargeable hand warmers that is a great idea. I do keep buying the disposable ones and they are not so great. Thanks for the linkup
The rechargeable warmers are such a clever idea – can’t believe I’m just discovering them now.
I need to investigate that Rollga and massage gun. How have I run this far with no massage gun?? Ha!
No massage gun? Your ITB is definitely in better shape than mine LOL!
Oh, that rechargable handwarmer sounds great. I got my daughter a “barn jacket” that is wired like an electric blanket with a rechargable battery back — those sure would have been nice during those frigid earl season lax games!
Oh that sounds like a great jacket! Wonder if they could make a running jacket 😉
I absolutely Love my aftershokz!! I’m actually ready to upgrade and get a new pair!!
Aftershokz is the best!
I’ve never tried Ink n Burn though I really don’t need another expensive brand to get addicted to haha!
I LOVE my massage gun and I’ve been meaning to get a pair of Aftershokz! No one has the minis in stock though and that’s the size I need.
I’ve been trying to find a pair of the minis for my son but haven’t had any luck. Hope you find a pair soon!
I rarely need hand warmers but I love the idea of rechargeable ones. Great idea. I love that Ink and Burn top. So pretty!

Thanks Debbie – I love the designs InB comes up with.
Oooh! I need some rechargeable hand warmers! That would be amazing! With my Raynaud’s, they would be absolutely invaluable. They would be great for camping, too.
Oh I bet they would be great for camping. I have a feeling I’m going to find lots of situations to use them.
I have the same InB top Michelle and absolutely love it!!
And I also love my aftershokz; I was so against getting them because they were all over my IG and Twitter feeds and then finally gave in when I lost my last pair of headphones. I can be so stubborn sometimes!
Too funny but I get it, sometimes it can feel like some things are overhyped and you start to wonder if the product is worth it.
I am going to order the hand warmers for my mother. Her hands are always cold. I have 2 or 3 foam rollers but rarely use them because it hurts. 🙂 I am going to get it too. The question now is “Which color?”

Oh that’s great! Let me know what you think of both the roller and the hand warmers 🙂
I got my mom a Theragun massager for Christmas and she uses i almost every day. I do as well so I guess it was partially a gift for me too, lol.
Those rechargeable hand warmers sound interesting – I’m going to check those out!
Definitely let me know if you decide to give the hand warmer a try!
