So earlier in January, I was still debating so many race options….then this happened….
Well that just opened a whole new can of worms …options…so many options
I already planned to run RnR Philly in September, and had wanted to add a half marathon in both October and November – problem solved!
So now the plan is…
Run to Remember Half — May
Finish at the 50 10K — July (Yes July…I may regret this one!)
RnR Philly Half — September (flat and fast…goal race perhaps?)
RnR Brooklyn Half — October (Perfect way to spend the long weekend in NYC!)
Canton Fall Classic — October (5K and 10K option – TBD)
RnR Las Vegas — November (I was all set to run the #StripAtNight last year, then the surgery happened, so I don’t want to miss a 2nd chance to run this one!)
Now…if I allow myself to dream and the travel gods were to smile on me, RnR Dublin in August would be a fun way to celebrate my birthday, and then there’s RnR San Antonio in December. Let the stalking of airline websites commence!

My mom will be walking Vegas this year. I won’t be attending but my sister will travel with her.

I think it’s great that your mom is walking a half marathon! Wow!
I hope the planets align and the airlines cooperate and I see you at RnR Dublin! Wouldn’t that be amazing?? Vegas for sure. RnRChi is in mid-July and it’s been a steam bath all 3x I’ve run it. But I’ll be there again. Kind of have to.

I started checking flights to Dublin and was a little surprised at the $$$ but I’m not ready to give up yet. I think it would be such a fun place to run! And how crazy would it be if the first time we meet is in a foreign country 😉
Oooh! RNR Brooklyn Half is tempting – I’ll have to check my calendar.

Yes! Come to NYC – it’s Columbus Day Weekend 🙂
Congrats, that’s exciting! I’ll be at RnR Vegas and at RnR DC so I’ll look forward to seeing you at Vegas 🙂

Yay for Vegas! We’ll have to make plans as we get closer to the date!
RnR added that can of options for me as well, and it’s so hard to choose where to go! You’ve got an exciting race calendar ahead! I will only be doing the 5K at Philly…I’m still on the fence of whether we’re going to go to Virginia Beach! And I’m sure you’ll have a blast in Vegas!

Hopefully we’ll get to meet in Philly! I had wanted to do Virginia Beach but couldn’t make it work with the family schedule.
Nashville and Savannah are within driving distance for me. I can only imagine how much fun the Vegas one will be!

Savannah continues to be on my bucket list – I really need a race sugar daddy or something! LOL!
ooh that’s an exciting schedule for you! RnR Vegas is such a blast. I’d love to do Philly and Dublin some time too. Too many options

There are just too many options for some great locations. It’s hard not to want “to run all the races!” LOL Hope our paths cross some time this year!
Oh Dublin would be awesome! Nice schedule! I was hoping to do Vegas but Hubby’s got a conference scheduled that weekend. I’m hoping he won’t have to go but it’s not certain yet!

Hopefully Vegas will work out for you – it would be great to meet up!
I ran a small, rural race in Ireland and it was awesome, but it would be cool to do RNR Dublin as well.
Sounds like a great race calendar.

There’s just something about Ireland that sounds so appealing – this one will take some juggling to pull off, but I figure it’s worth a shot, right?
Congrats, that is awesome news! This means you get to run all sorts of races all over the place! Dublin sounds awesome, I hope it works out!
