Well, I’ve blinked and the month is quickly coming to an end. Before I put April in the rearview mirror, for this week’s Fit Five Friday, I’m joining Marcia to share a couple of Runfessions.
Sharing a Couple of April Runfessions
I runfess that I’ve reached that point with PT where the novelty has worn off and I’m just ready to be done. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the team I’m working with… but I’m so bored and would rather just work out on my own now. Thankfully, I have just a couple more weeks to go.
I runfess that I needed Facebook to remind me that my blog-aversary is coming up. Hard to believe that I penned (or is that typed?) my first blog post 15 years ago! Always grateful for those who have shared in my running journey over the years.
Doe you keep track of your blog aniversary? Any runfessions to share?

Oh, PT is so boring. I know! Hang in there- it sounds like it’s really paying off.
For some reason I never look at stats, and am oblivious to my blog anniversary. I can’t even remember how many years I’ve been doing it (I think 5.) 15 is impressive!
So boring but so necessary I suppose – Just a couple more sessions to go!
My mom felt the same way about her hip PT. I know it’s probably in my future as well. I just have to decide on when to say when. Ugh. Happy blogaversary! Where have all these years gone?? I’m honored to have read yours for all of those years!
I’ll be cheering you on whenever you decide! And thanks for sticking with me all these years 🙂
Now that you mention it, my blog anniversary was in March and I know cannot remember how many years. Oh how times have changed huh?! I had that same thing happen w PT when I had my ACL surgery years ago. You are more than capable of taking yourself to the finish line on your own. Glad it’s going well for you and you are rebuilding!
Thanks Deborah – I’m trying to keep my eye on the ball and focus on the positives!
Mine was March 25, 2008. I forgot but posted about it belatedly.
I think that Marcia and I have been blogging the longest.
I hope you continue and can’t wait to hear that you can start running.
Wow ’08! Definitely one of the OGs 🙂
I missed my 13th blogiversary this month. I normally do commemorate it. Oops!
I hear you on PT – hope you’ll be 100% soon
Thanks – just a couple more sessions before they spring me!
I had to look at my blog archives…January 26, 2013 for me. I had just committed to my first marathon Quad Cities, September of that year) and I wanted a place to document the journey. I hear ya on the PT! Although I’m not formally seeing one, I know there are several PT exercises I should be doing (from a couple years ago), and it’s a struggle to keep the discipline.
Exactly! I’m going to have to work hard to stay on top of the exercises so I don’t lose my momentum.
